• Single 90-minute session: £150
• 5-session package: £700 (save £50)
• 10-session package: £1,350 (save £150)

• I Choose ME will open the Contact form. Send me a brief message. Tell me what you’re navigating and what you want instead. I’ll reply by email within 2 days with the best next step.
• Once we decide to work together, you’ll receive everything you need to begin: your single call or package contract (My commitment, data protection, professional boundaries—the boring but necessary stuff that keeps you safe), your session schedule, and a secure Stripe payment link.
• Session schedule: we only schedule
  Single sessions or first session of any package. Packages don’t work like programs. whether you buy 5 or 10 session, you can either schedule or use as you need or is more convenient for you (valid for one year from the date of purchase)
• Your guarantee: Whatever package you choose, you’re free to stop at any time. There’s no refund for sessions already used—but you’ll only be charged for the sessions completed to single session rate (£150), and any remaining balance will be returned. No explanations needed.
