This page is here to gently answer some common questions and help you feel more at ease. Coaching is a space for you to grow, not to perform.


What life coaching is — and what it isn’t

Life coaching is a partnership. It’s a space where you can explore, reflect, and grow — with someone fully present and walking beside you.

It is:

  • A safe and empowering space to be heard
  • A conversation that helps you connect the dots
  • A process of insight, action, and support
  • Grounded, human, and non-judgmental

It is not:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment
  • Advice-giving or telling you what to do
  • A quick-fix solution
  • About “fixing” you — because you’re not broken

How do online life coaching sessions work?

Sessions happen online via secure video call — always in your own timezone (London time by default, and you’ll see your timezone when booking). Each session lasts around 60 minutes, and you can choose a single session or a 4-session package.

You bring whatever’s on your mind. There’s no pressure to prepare — just show up as you are. We’ll explore gently and clearly together.


What can I work on with you?

Anything that matters to you — especially the things that feel too big, too small, or too hard to explain.

Clients often bring:

  • Feeling stuck or unclear about life direction
  • Confidence, identity, and life transitions
  • Self-esteem, self-worth, and internal blocks
  • Burnout, overwhelm, or decision fatigue
  • Knowing you want something different, but not knowing what or how

Whether you’re navigating something deep or simply craving space to reflect, we can work with that.


Do I need any special tech?

Not at all. Just:

  • A device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or phone)
  • A stable internet connection
  • A quiet space where you feel comfortable

And don’t worry about being “camera ready” — this is your space to be completely yourself.

Once you book, you’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need.


What happens after I click “Book”?

You’ll be guided through a few simple steps:

  1. Choose a time that works for you
  2. Fill out a short form with your name and timezone
  3. Get an email confirmation with your session link

That’s it! You’ll also receive a reminder before the session.

If you choose a package, you’ll be able to schedule your remaining sessions after the first one.

Everything is automated and secure. You can reschedule if needed — life happens.


What if I get emotional during our session?

Emotions are welcome here. They’re often signs that something meaningful is happening.

I’ll hold space for whatever arises — tears, laughter, frustration, or quiet moments of reflection.
This is your time to feel whatever you need to feel.


I’m not sure yet. Is that okay?

Absolutely. It’s more than okay — it’s human.

Taking this step might feel big or vulnerable. That’s a good sign you care. You don’t need to be ready for everything — just ready for something.
