How it all works:
Each phase is a tailored 7‑week journey with weekly 90‑minute 1:1 online coaching sessions—standalone, powerful, and designed to meet you where you are. You can take one phase at a time, or commit to THE full journey.
Start here (friction‑free): Down bellow you’ll find access to my Work With ME page. Once there, When you’re ready, click I Choose ME to open the contact form and Send me a message. Tell me what you’re navigating, what you want instead, and what program caught your interest—or just say hi if you don’t know yet. It’s OK not to know. It’s OK not to have the words. I’ll reply by email within 2 days, and we’ll find the best next step together.
Once we decide to work together, you’ll receive everything you need to begin: your contract (my commitment, data protection, professional boundaries), your session schedule, and a secure Stripe payment link.
Your guarantee: You’re free to stop at any time. There’s no refund for sessions already used—but you’ll only be charged for the sessions completed at the single‑session rate (£150 per session). Any remaining balance will be returned. No explanations needed.
I’m UK‑based and live a nomadic life. I work with women worldwide. All programs are online, in English or Spanish—with flexible hours, so time zones aren’t a barrier. I keep my 1:1 client load intentionally small, so you get my full presence. Wherever you are in the world, in your life, in your journey—I’ll meet you there.
